It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
Notice for Claims of Intellectual Property Violations
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content on the AdmitCardAlert website infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing:

A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material (Exact URL).

Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
Take-Down Process: Upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and notify the user who posted it.
